Hopefully quite a simple question with a simple answer!

Will the Apple USB SuperDrive work with the new RMBP while running windows 7/8 via bootcamp?
 
Yes. I bootcamped to play SWTOR on my Mac mini and the SuperDrive worked fine for that.
