Does the AT&T iPhone 5 also come unlocked like the Verizon one?

Has anybody tried to check and see if the AT&T version of the iPhone 5 also comes factory unlocked? I would love to be able to pop in a SIM card and use it on the go when I travel internationally.

Apple Store and AT&T's no commitment full priced iPhone 5's are unlocked.
