Does the BenM.at profile work for a jb iOS4?

I have a 3GS currently running 3.0.1. I think I used Blackrain to jailbreak it... but not 100% sure. I know it wasn't Spirit though.

I am using the BenM.at profile to enable tethering and it works great. Will it still work if I upgrade to 4.0.1 and JB with sn0wbreeze?

If not, is there a tether hack for a JB'd iOS 4.0.1?

why would you jailbreak with Sn0wbreeze and not Jailbreakme.com not sure about the other since I not a teather. once you jb it should tellyou if the program not supports 4.0 I will say allot of stuff still be worked on. but the tether people will tell you whats working.

Which JB option (if any) will allow for all of my installed apps (and app data), photos, videos, etc. to remain on my device?

Seems to me that sn0wbreeze will allow that but jailbreakme.com will not... Am I correct in saying that?
