I really like the one I just got via mail order, but it would be great if it were slightly looser. It doesn’t dig into my wrist, but it’s definitely snugger than the sport band I was wearing. I don’t think I need the next larger size, but if it stretches just a bit it will be ideal.

In my experience it DOES stretch. Minimally but it does. If a little bit is all you need you’ll probably be fine.

Good to know! I’m interested in getting one of these bands! I have the regular solo loop and I bought it one size smaller than the measurement recommended. It was pretty snug for a while, but it stretched to the point where the fit is perfect and comfortable.

I found that the size down (4) that I first ordered did stretch a good bit. I ended up going with the size Apple recommended (5)instead because I was nervous that the size down would be too tight in hot months.

The 5 has not stretched nearly as much. I think it is partially because when you size down, you’re having to stretch the band a good bit more to put it on and take it off. Additionally, sizing down means it’ll have to stretch more to accommodate your wrist.

As the weather is warming up, I’m very glad I didn’t keep my size down braided solo loop. The 5 fits perfectly.

If it does stretch and that’s what you’re looking for, make sure you don’t put it in the dryer after washing as it’ll shrink back to normal size.
