Does the i5 processor give better battery life then the i7 13' MBPR?

The processor has very little impact on battery life, compared to other factors. There are many factors that impact your battery life. See the BATTERY LIFE FROM A CHARGE section of the following link for details, including tips on how to maximize your battery life.
