Does the incase slider matte black still flake?

Incase slider owners, all of you that have the matte black version tell me your experiences... do the new models not flake? Do all the models flake? and most importantly.. is it covered under warranty.. and if so under apple's or incase?
Please post your responses, I really love this case, it's the perfect feel and look, just don't want any problems with it in the coming weeks.

I think this was the case with earlier models of it. I just purchased it today from Target...last one - it was on sale. I'll let you know how it goes.
