This spec list from Apple for the 13 Mini says it does:

But this product description from Apple for the Magsafe wireless charger says it doesn't:

I am suspicious of the former, because it says the Mini has wireless charging up to 15 W but I thought the 15 W was only for the regular iPhone, and that the limit for the Mini is 12 W.

I have a 13 mini. Wireless charging works, but not at highest speed.
The mini does NOT have an alignment magnet, which as I understand it, is needed to get 15w wireless charging.
The 13 mini won't go over 12 watts.

(No magnet was one of the reasons I bought this mini earlier this year. I am very cautious with powerful magnets that might get too near my ICD (Implantable cardioverter defibrillator).

Thanks DeltaMac. Without the alignment ring, how do you get the charger lined up in the right spot? [Especially if you've got the phone in, say, an Apple leather Magsafe case, which has no external alignment marks on it.]

I believe the 12 W limit is because the Mini is small and could thus overheat at 15 W, not because of the presence or absence of an alignment ring.

Don't know the answer to your question, as the case I use is completely clear, so simple enough to "get close". Small size, so I just line it up, final position is just by feel, central area on phone over the middle of the charger - alignment really isn't an issue for me, and it works.
