Im trying to find out if the iPhone 14 pro has animal eye or face detection when taking either photo or video and if in video is it continuous?

There’s no special mode for that but it’ll focus just fine.

eye detection only makes sense on cameras with very thin depth of field.
phone cameras don't need eye detection because it's impossible to tell the difference between focusing on the eyes or the nose.
