Does the iPhone 4S, or 4 camera lens support ISO and Aperture settings?

If so, are there any Cydia apps that allow the changing of them.

The aperture is a fixed f2.4, so no. As for the ISO, it's adjusted by the software, so I'd imagine there's some way to change it.
