iPod touch Does the ipod touch have a mic?

Logically speaking, if it has a camcorder it must have a mic.
If it does have a mic will we be able to use it for voice control and other stuff that requires mic?

The new 4th gen has a mic. I would expect all apps that call for a mic (voice memo, skype, dragon, whatever) to work with it.

Yes, there is a mic. It is right next to the rear camera. And yes, you will be able to use it for voice control and any other apps that use a mic.

The hole beside the camera is the mic. If it doesn't have a built-in mic, then... silent movies!

Voice Control

Ask and you shall hear.
Voice Control knows the music in your iPod touch. Want to hear something specific? All you have to do is ask. For instance, say “Play artist Bob Dylan,” and iPod touch does just that. Ask what song is playing and hear iPod touch answer. Tell it to play your favorite album, artist, or playlist. They should have made this more clear because the number of people I have seen either asking if there is a mic or saying there isn't one is just ridiculous.
Common sense people.
1. It records video. What use is video without sound?
2. FaceTime! Again, video calls...without a mic?

Sorry, but it just bugs me how people don't even bother to check the specs of products they either talk about or talk trash about.
