iPod touch does the iTouch 5gen have alarm clock?

Yes it has an alarm. Find the "Clock" app. If you can't find it swipe to the right and search for clock. After opening the clock app, select alarm from the bottom. Then hit the "+" button at the top right and setup your alarm as needed.

Or you can press and hold the home button until Siri activates. State "set alarm for ............., " or " wake me at ................. ".
