Does the M2 Mini have a fan?

I always thought the Minis were fan-less, but I read everywhere "The fan is very quiet".
Or is it the Mini Pro that has a fan?

Nope... so far, all Mac minis have a fan. No Mac mini is fanless.

Mine has a fan, not that you ever hear it for what that's worth. I cant get it to ramp up no matter how hard I try

Yes. The M1 and M2 Mac mini's both have internal fans.

I keep seeing posts suggesting people are returning theirs as the fan noise annoys them. I personally never hear it and I do max it out quite a bit.

The only app I know that pushes a Mac Apple Silicon chip hard to get the fans running is Mac Fans Control.
