Does the Mail app support Windows Live Hotmail folders?

I am just curious. My WLH account has been updated to wave 4, if that helps.

If not, what app does? mBox is quite pricey, and the web-based version of WLH isn't very effective.

I just tried it, and the answer is no. Because Hotmail still uses the antiquated POP3 protocol instead of IMAP, it only shows your Inbox. But isn't Hotmail supposed to start using Exchange ActiveSync soon?

nope.... i have several folders on my computer but it all goes into one on the iphone....

Exchange Active Sync for Windows Live Hotmail is being released by MS late summer. As soon as that happens, it will include folders and all the other things that other mail providers like google provide.

Until then, it's either the patheitc pop3 or using an app like mbox:
