Does the MBP Retina 15.4" have the ability to use 120 Hz

I am curious as to if the MBP Retina 15 inch model (Late 2013) is able to have a refresh rate of 120 hz.

And as a separate question, does anyone know how exactly to know if a laptop monitor has this capability?

I think it's only 60 Hz, but I'm not certain.

For external monitors, there is:

• Support for 1080p resolution at up to 60Hz
• Support for 3840x2160 resolution at 30Hz
• Support for 4096x2160 resolution at 24Hz
