Does the metal plate ruin iPhone 12 Pro Max system?

Hi, I would like to ask you guys if I use this kind of setup, does the magnet plate ruin the iPhone 12 pro max system or parts? I don't use the wireless charging but just curious if the magnet plate mess anything else such as heat when charging, etc.
