iPhone 15 Pro Does the Native Sleep Tracking Feature on iPhone still suck compared to AutoSleep?

I’m wondering if AutoSleep for iPhone and Apple Watch are still superior to tracking sleep as opposed to Apples native sleep tracking feature.
