Does the native youtube app play videos in 720p?

It 100% won't on 3G due to bandwidth but the quality is substantially better on Wifi. Although doesn't seem like the quality of 720p so I doubt it.

I would imagine where possible, it plays at native resolution, albeit scaled because neither of those screens are actual 720p.
