Does the new alu macbooks off amazon have iLife 09?

Hey,
I was searching Amazon but could not find an answer. My question is if I buy a 2.0 GHz macbook off Amazon does it come with iLife 09 preinstalled and also does it come with the yr free apple care?

not sure about ilife 09. but you do get the 1 year warrenty

just a guess but i don't think it will come preinstalled since it is still very new
