Does the part numbers matter?

I noticed that both AT&T & T-Mobile is pretty much the same GSM 5s (A1533) but have different part numbers when added to cart. Does the part number matter or they're exactly the same phone?

iPhone 5s Gold 16GB T-Mobile
Part number: ME325LL/A

iPhone 5s Gold 16GB AT&T
Part number: ME307LL/A
