Does the Photos app crash when pressing the share button?

On iOS 18, when selecting a large number of photos (around 20,000) and pressing the share button, the Photos app crashes.

I want to backup thousands of photos to an external SSD, without needing to use a Mac. This should be possible now that iOS 26 has support for background tasks.

Can someone test this please?

I also had that problem on iOS 16 & iOS 17 as well 🫠 this is why we really need stage manager mini on iPhone.
