Does the power supply prongs move in sync? *broken?

Someone knocked my power supply to the ground on accident and now the prongs are loose. They can also move independent to one another. I seem to recall them moving in sync together...but can't remember now.

Christ, I couldn't get mine to move together. The bottom two moved kinda together, but too A LOT of effort, the middle one won't shift at all!

Middle one? I thought you were talking about the (see attached) adapter.
