No. But if the one you buy does you can always return it to the Apple store within 14 days or you can get it fixed within the one year warranty. Also I would wait and get the new model since it is probably only a week away.

Be careful, you might have to wait another month after launch to see whether there is something wrong with some component.. overheating, display coloration issues, wifi card troubles, fans kicking in too loudly, etc...
