Does the Series 3 w/o LTE paired with iPhone do everything the Series 3 with LTE w/o iPhone does?

Sorry if this is a noob question, but wanted to know if the Series 3 without LTE can do everything the Series 3 with LTE can if paired with iPhone? I'm kinda new to Apple Watch and want to do music streaming and basically everything the Series 3 with LTE does with the Series 3 GPS paired with iPhone

Yes. If paired with iPhone it will use iPhone's connection and be the same as the lte watch. The lte version would only be important if you want to be able to leave your watch behind.

It will have the same functionality with the exception of not being tethered to the iPhone. But streaming music will still require your iPhone to be nearby without having the freedom of LTE.
