Does the weather widget still have a mind of its own?

Admittedly, this isn't a huge issue but I'm curious as to whether this still occurs? It's always annoying when you reboot your Mac and discover that the Weather Widget has jumped out of position.

Still not sure why this wasn't fixed in ML, it doesn't seem like a difficult task.

Still happening when forecast lows are enabled. It's fine when they're disabled.
