Hello All,
I just upgraded my 2g to 3g white, and I must say I am very dissapointed in the connection issues. i would drive down streets where I would get service and it would show no service for long periods of time. It may have been disscused but does anyone have any troubleshooting tips? should i replace sim card, replace iPhone? thanks in advance

I guess you mean a first generation iPhone with a second generation 3G phone? The eletronics between the black and the white are the same.

If you havn't done so make sure you've got 2.1 firmware, which supositly improves 3G connections.

What happens if you turn off 3G and let it connect to the 2G GSM network?

If it is still dropping calls then it could be the actual phone (not colour) thats the problem.
