Hey guys, I was just curious does restoring from TM help with system slowdowns? Or is restoring from TM just bring all those slowdowns back onto your drive?

That depends on why your system was slowing down in the first place.

It was hardware related, then no…

Now it was a specific piece of software, then don't restore that piece of software.
