Yes.

Your computer has all the following requirements

Minimum System Requirements
Mac computer with available USB 1.1 or USB 2.0 port - Macbooks have USB 2.0 ports
Mac OS X v10.4.10 or later - If you still running tiger just make sure to run software update to get the latest version
Keyboard software update - this will have likely been included in an update but if and just for peace of mind run software update onec you have it plugged in to your computer.

Although it is worth noting this line

*Devices that draw high power from the USB connection, such as iPod, hard drives and some flash drives, can only be used with the new keyboard when it is attached to the aluminum iMac.

To be honest almost every single keyboard made that is USB will work with a mac.

:)

ok but will I need to buy it if i'm going to use a widescreen monitor for the external screen set up and not have to buy the keyboard?

If you're going to run it in clamshell mode, you'll definitely need an external keyboard. If you're using it only to extend your desktop while working on the laptop, then no you wouldn't need one. So it's all in how you plan on using it.

That's an awesome keyboard at a great price; give some thought to the wireless keyboard and wireless mouse as another option...

I will :D I just need to buy a VGA adapter to connect to the side of my mac. My question is when its in clamshell mode with Itunes still work? With it being closed? Just wondering thanks

Everything will work just fine... Consider not running it in clamshell mode though... you can have dual monitors running if you leave it open.

Well I'm not even sure if I need a keyboard for my black macbook 2.16GHZ because I want to get an External Screen for it because I want a bigger screen to make it like a desktop computer. So do I really need this keyboard and does it work with my macbook?

you have a Mac, you most likely have the updated OSX, i'm not gonna try to guess what Keyboard software update is, whether you download it online or whatnot). i would have to say it most likely works with your Macbook.
