Does this look like a fake iPhone to you?

It's impossible to tell from those pictures. Why, is it fake? I'm guessing this is your listing since the link says that the listing isn't posted yet.
EDIT: It has to have been opened, as the picture looks like the Colorware box. Either way, the red bezel is not Apple issue so something's fishy.

It seems that the listing was removed. It was a local deal that I was looking to purchase and the guy stated he thought it was real. I could not see the pictures in the original listing so he sent me an email with this link it it. It is a box that I have never seen and I have owned 2 iPhones. I will steer clear of this one.
He gave me the serial number and said the box stated colorware on it with a hand print. So it seems to be making more cents to be now. I am going to check it out tonight. When I ran the serial number it told me it had not been activated? Does this meen it is legit?
