I just purchased this off eBay, the seller has good feedback but upon looking at it further it seems kind of fishy.

I emailed the seller yesterday asking for the exact model number, haven't heard anything back yet.

96.7% Positive feedback.

I never buy anything which has less than 99.7% or so, more like 100%.

But, the feedback is actually not that bad, 1 wrong item send and 1 too late.

$1500 is an extremely low price, this thing cost what, $3000+
 
Aside from the model number, maybe you can also try getting the serial number so you can validate the existence of the unit. Feedbacks only tell half the story sometimes. And I heard scammers can sometimes hack and generate fake feedbacks though this is unconfirmed.
