Does this mean automatic shutdown didn't work?

Ok, so I came back to my house and the power was out for more than an hour. When I booted up the PM, I saw that the UPS was at 0%. I checked the log and found some errors. Do the last few lines mean that the comp did not shut down automatically?

Did you leave a program that cannot be automatically shutdown running.
