Does this Time Capsule (refurbished) include the new updates?

If it's not the new model it won't be simultaneous dual band or have the remote iDisk through MobileMe. I think that you can do the iDisk think without MobileMe. I'm going to find out tomorrow when my Time Capsule arrives.
