According to most of the specs I've seen, my TiBook 1ghz, purchased Feb 2003, only supports PC133 SO-DIMMs up to 512 megs. Given its two slots, that means a max ram capacity of 1 GB of RAM. However, most of those specs were written before the existence of 1 GB modules, and I've learned that 1GB modules do work in the 12" AlBooks even though the specs don't mention them.
Does anybody know whether a 1 GB PC133 SO-DIMM would work in my TiBook? I have 768 megs now, and I'd like to keep the computer for a while longer, but it needs an upgrade badly. 1GB RAM would be okay, but more would be great.
