On the Apple product page, it says Time Capsule works on PC's but they use the phrase "back up all of your Macs." Can anybody clarify?

In the bottom of this page:
http://www.apple.com/timecapsule/specs.html

you will find the "Requirements" list. It appears as there's no way to use the drive as a back up using time machine, since, well, there's no time machine for windows.

I, unfortunately, can't find any details if the internal drive can be shared with a PC. if it uses SMB, then it's a possibility.

sorry to raise an older thread but i was searching through..

PC's can read the TC, it doesnt matter that the TC is formatted as HFS+, because it is transmitted over the network using a protocol that is readable by all computers.

the only way that i can see PC's being backed up on TC is by going to Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools?Backup then selecting the TC as a place to store those backups...
