I tried google but I read its a trial in some areas. Is it no longer a trial? I ask as where I'm moving, this is the provider (I have comcast now) What Ive read in the trials is they have caps at 5,10,20, and 40 gigs

Sorry that is just crap. I live on youtube and hulu.com and eat up bandwidth decently as I dont have a tv

Anyone with this provider know?

I download all my content via iTunes and watch hulu often now. I have yet to run into any such cap.
Comcast is guilty of this themselves, if you've never had issues with comcast I would be surprised to see issues with TW. TW is my new provider as well (after I move) so I am interested to know.

ive read comcast has 250 gig caps

that is way more than i need but still a lot more than the max plan TW i think offers at 40 gigs/month
