Does Turbo Boost Switcher work in Big Sur?

I read that a future version of macOS might not allow apps like Turbo Boost Switcher to work anymore. Then I read that Big Sur does not allow kernel extensions.

Has anybody tried to use turbo boost switcher in Big Sur yet?

I noticed abnormally high CPU usage by kernelmanagerd process in my '18 MacBook Pro. This issue was resolved immediately when I quit Turbo Boost Pro.

i have installed it, disabled turbo boost, prompted for password as i had free version and the TB didnt turned off...latest big sur
