Anyone know if the upcoming Channels service will include live or local content? OR is it just original Apple produced content?

It's not an upcoming service. It's been available for a few months or something now.

CBS All Access includes live and local content (where available).

HBO, Showtime, Starz, Cinemax, and Epix offer live content as well.
