Does ultrasn0w for iPhone 4 need mobile substrate?

I am away from home so I don't have a T-Mo sim to test just yet, but I have my iPhone 4 jailbroken and installed ultrasn0w for iPhone 4 so it's unlocked and can be used when I go travel to Europe in a month.

Just wondering though, do I have to install mobile substrate too?

Watched that video and I assume I would have been told or read about needing mobilesubstrate before doing it.

If it needs anything in addition it will install it for you automaticly thru cydia.
You dont have to install anything manually.

That's the way it was when I used ultrasn0w on my 3.1.3 spirit 3GS earlier this year, which I no longer have.

Dev team is on fire, so glad to support planetbeing and buy his Signal app which is actually pretty cool too.
