Does Unlimtones Break iTunes Compatibility???

I really want to try out Unlimtones but I have read that it breaks iTunes sync compatibility. I just had to re-jailbreak and set everything up again and would hate to have to redo everything due to iTunes compatibility broken. http://ipad-os.net/2011/unlimtones/

I use this app and have no issues with iTunes.
