If you choose to upgrade the regular 500gb HD to an Apple SSD (I know these are not recommended), does that mean you get both the HD and SSD, or only the SSD?

If you get both, where does the SSD go?
If not, that seems like a huge rip off, even for Apple.

Huge rip off, even for apple???? I mean it is always cheaper to do it yourself but I actually think the SSD's are not that much over priced in to relationship that Ram is.

The 128Gb for 90$ is actually a very good deal. I'm not sure I understand your thinking of it as a ripoff.

It will replace the hard drive.
