I Would like to get an OWC ext. HD for a Powerbook but I'm not sure about one thing. It seems as if many ext. HDs don't function as USB 2.0 with the built in USB ports on MACs. From OWC's website (http://eshop.macsales.com/item/Other World Computing/ME8FW7200GBJ/):

"USB 2.0 requires: Macintosh with USB 2.0 3rd party PCI FireWire interface card running Mac OS 10.1 or later. USB 2.0 requires Mac OS X 10.1 or later."

I believe I've seen this in other places too, what's going on here? Does this mean I can only use the USB as USB 1.1 with this drive?
