I just ordered an Apple Magic Trackpad and use it with my left hand, and use the Logitech Mouse with my right hand. I need to rest my right hand occasionally, but want to keep on working the computer.

Will I be able to independently adjust setting on the trackpad and mouse?

What settings exactly do you mean? I have the MX Master 3 and Magic Trackpad in that same setup and no issues swapping between them.

I was looking for cursor tracking and scrolling speeds. I wanted to increase both as I run the cursor between to 27" LCD screens. I wanted the "feel" between the trackpad and the mouse to be somewhat similar. I did find an online article that directed me to the system preferences "accessibility" adjustment and I fine tuned it from there.

I've since gotten the trackpad and do like it. Other than a smaller trackpad on my iPad Pro's Logitech combo and Apple Magic (iPad) keyboard case, I have not used a full sized trackpad on a Mac in a long, long time. I getting acclimated to it again.

If I ever get a Mac with three LCD screens I'm going to have to find a "foot" trackpad to run the third screen. :p

I appreciate the help I get on these forums!
