I have been using a SleepTracker watch for at least a decade (except the years I used a Jawbone UP3 with the same functionality) to be awoken at the right moment to minimize sleep inertia, by sounding the alarm during a period of increased movement within a 20-30 minute window.
This is an essential feature that I am surprised I have not seen mentioned in any of the reviews.
Does sleep tracking in iOS 14 not have this feature?
(Looks like I'll be putting off a watch purchase another year.)
