Does Windows have the F3 on Mac?

What is it called when all the windows are shrunken in size so you can view which one you want to select when you press F3 on Mac?

Does Windows have that?
Does Windows also something similar to Mission Control?
Is it easy to capture something right away and save it too using a simple shortkey like on the Mac (option shift 3 or 4)

To capture the screen on Windows, you tap the Windows key and the Screenshot key, they will be saved in a Screenshot folder in your Pictures folder
