Does iPhone X or XR have a better screen in terms of these two factors

1. Which one is better or less bad for our eye health? OLED or LCD?

2. Which one would usually last longer?

Some said at low brightness for OLED could be bad for our eyes. Is that true?

Some said at low brightness for OLED could be bad for our eyes. Is that true?

For number 1 it's really down to a particular individual as some see one screen as better and others see another one. Neither one is really better or worse for the eyes aside from how someone perceives and sees it.

For number 2 I don't believe there's really much of a meaningful difference beteeen the two as far as playing a noticeable role when it comes to mobile phones.
