Does XVid4PSP encode iPad Video

I have been using XVid4PSP to encode iTouch, Iphone, Apple, Xbox, PS3 videos for several years now. Anyone knows of the best video presets for the iPad? Would the settings for PS3 and Xbox360 work as well for the iPad? I hate to keep changing encoders and mess up the codecs.

I use XviD4PSP for all my encodes too. But for iPad it's probably best to use Handbrake, because it rips faster. The only drawback is it doesn't support other resize filters, limited to only Lanczos. (Bilinear is the best option for downscaling, especially for animation.)

Use http://www.makemkv.com/ for ripping. It is free for now and rips all DVDs using all copy protection. It will even rip Blu-ray disks if you have the hardware.

Follow that up with http://www.handbrake.fr/ using the iPad preset
