On my Blackbook my equals sign does not work in any application. It will do an + sign just not an equals sign. How can I change this/ what can I do?

Take it to the Apple store, or if you dont have nearby, call them and they'll send a box.

will they replace it or what? I also found a dead pixel that appeared today which I posted about in another topic..

They will fix it, and if you mention the dead pixel, they might fix that too.

They will fix the bad key, but with just 1 bad pixel I don't see them fixing that. I think on their site they explain it. I'm thinking 5 dead pixels or more and they will fix it.

If he mentions it when he files for service, they may fix the pixel - since they have it at the repair center anyway. It's worth a shot.

just to give a heads upp the ='s sign was one of my third party prefs i am not sure which one but it was a software issue. then about the pixel they are replacing my whole screen because a foreign particle got in and disrupted the back light. I will get it back around teusday!
