Not an issue...they do get warm..especially in long calls and FB/ FT use. Perefctly normal and nothing to worry about.
Macman answered your question. It's completely normal, it's not terribly hot.
That is ok but i want to see more personal experiences..
It's normal, iPhones have been doing this from the very beginning.
Well i have friends and their iphone doesnt heat at all ,is cold as stone...
So i thought to ask for more experiences![]()
You have to remember not all phones have the same apps running. I've had my phone warm up as I've used it, it happens. Could be background apps.
Phones have a tendancy of heating up during radio reception changes. What I mean is that if your on your own WiFi, and your getting perfectly good bars on it, the phone has to stress less to keep that connection, thus the phone will stay at good temperatures. 3G/4G however, the phone is constantly under stress from the changes in environment and frequencies due to towers and all that good stuff, and the phone will overheat a bit. Its normal. If you need proof, try using your iPhone pretty far from your router (somewhere where you'll get a bar or two of WiFi) and use it for a while, you'll see what I mean. It may not happen at all, but most of the time its the case. Had a friend with the same issue on his Nexus 7 tablet, where he was using a neighbor's WiFi which had low signal because of the gap from him and the router, but when he'd go over there and use it it would not overheat.
It could be due to a jailbreak tweak?
I don't use many, only activator, battsaver, flipcontrolcenter and i installed springtomize yesterday
my macbook gets warm
my iPad 4 gets warm
my iPad mini gets warm
my iPhone 5s gets warm
my apple tv gets warm
if a device is running it will eventually get warm, nothing to worry about unless it hurts to touch.
My iPhone 5S has been running out recently too. I've been uninstalling tweaks. Still hotter than normal.
Temp reads 99.5 F.
I'm jailbroken as well
Any thoughts?
What's the screen brightness? Even if all you do are light usage, if you've got brightness on maximum, you can expect your phone to run warm.My iphone sometimes is getting warm while i use it ,mostly when i am on 3g doing fb, tapatalk, safari etc , so light usage..
How about you, do you have this kind of issue??
