is it me or is the sound with headphones kinda low? it doesnt even sound as good as my iPod Video

Mine freezes up a lot especially when unlocking. The screen will appear but the slide button won't be active and I can't do anything until it decides to wake up. Pretty annoying. I had it do it one morning when the alarm went off. The screen showed the alarm but I couldn't shut it off until it unfroze.

Other than that, I have some email errors sometimes. It will come back and tell me my password is incorrect a lot.

my only complaint is the speaker is worthless. when ever I use it the caller on the other end starts yelling at me cause they can hear themselves.
