Does your Macbook battery sit flush? If you run your finger along the bottom, can you tell where the battery ends and the case begins? I'd like to get an idea of how common this is among MB users here.

Thanks to mosx for the picture.

The battery in the MacBook like that is not normal at all. If you do have that problem, I would go and buy a new battery or take it to Apple (where they will tell you to buy a new battery).

I can feel it, but it is so slight that it is near impossible to notice. What is shown in your photo doesn't seem normal. I would take it to Apple. If there is a problem with your battery (such as bulging) they should replace it for you free of charge.
