Does your volume button move?

I notice that mine moves up and down a little when I slide my thumb on it. Is this a defect? or normal "wiggle" room?

Mine feels stiff until I push on it. I'm sure as long as it functions you are fine. Unless of course it falls out.

I agree.

The Apple Store said if it acts up within the 1 year warranty, they'll just replace it since they don't have the ability to "repair" the device. Sounds good to me.

At the end of the day, it only has to last a year bc I'm certain I'll upgrade to the next version of the iPhone.
